if you live in the Denver-Boulder area (or really anywhere along the Colorado front range), you should drop by Astronomy Day on the campus of the University of Colorado! This year the date is Saturday, April 5th from 12:00-8:00. Fiske Planetarium and Sommers-Bausch Observatory will be hosting a free day of family-oriented activities from planetarium shows to hands-on experiments with light. I'm excited to be joining them and will be delivering talks all afternoon in the Fiske lobby.
If you come by, be sure to introduce yourself!
